**Please read all the follow safety measures below**
1. We will emphasize social distancing measures for attendees that include sitting with members of your household while maintaining 6ft space from other groups before, during, & after the performance.
2. We will have ushers available to help seat groups accordingly.
3. Attendees are encouraged to bring masks to wear for any amount of time that maintaining 6ft of separation is not possible.
4. We are requesting pre event online registration for contact tracing purposes. For any who simply walk up to the event unplanned, we will also announce the online registration process both before and after the performance.
5. Staff volunteers will be on hand to encourage attendees to follow the safety protocols.
6. Restrooms or portapotties will be fully stocked with normal supplies plus disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer.
7. Since the performers will not be wearing masks, no audience members will be seated closer than 10ft to the performance space.
8. No concessions will be made available.
9. No programs/literature will be distributed.
10. Any donations will be encouraged strictly to be made through online channels or dropped into a secure donations box. There will be no making of change or required payments for admission.
11. At the conclusion of the event we will encourage the audience to wait as we dismiss them by area. This will hopefully help avoid post event mingling.
12. Signage will be placed around the event area notifying participants of the social distancing and mask guidelines.
13. Performers and volunteers will undergo temperature checks prior to the event.
